Presenting author's firstname and surname 8. Presenting author's regular mailing address 9. Presenting author's email address 10. Presenting author's web address 11. Presentation requirements [Slides/Overhead Projector/Computer Projector, Other - please specify] We prefer all submissions to use Abstract Templates. Microsoft WORD templates are available by right clicking on the appropriate template below and saving the file: Plain ascii text templates are available by right clicking on the template below and saving the file:Instructions for the Abstract TemplateThe complete document, including Title, Author, Abstract etc. must occupy no more than one page when typeset. The Abstract itself should avoid unnecessary mathematical detail. You should aim for your Abstract to be as attractive to a future audience as possible. References to the work of others should be complete and accurate, though titles of journal articles should not be included. Pagination must, however, be quoted in full.
