LIAR referencing styleBecause of the difficulty in getting uniformity across referencing styles, the LIAR provides its own. All citations to the literature must be done according to BI\KERN-.025EM BTEX style and all bibitems are to be stored in the LIAR bibliography file liar.bib. All entries must be correct and according to one off the bib entry types shown in Table 5. The LIAR also has its own citation key style, which is given in Table 6. From Table 6, it is seen that the citation key is in lower-case and the year of the article is suffixed. The year part of the citation key may be suffixed further by the letters b-z, which denote the 2nd-26th article by the same author(s) or citation name-etalXX group within the same year. Thus, before a bibitem can be added to the LIAR bibliography file, the file must be searched for the existence of the citation key.
