step 1: Send a single hardcopy of your paper
along with licence to publish by air mail to:
Dr. Richard Beare
CSIRO Mathematical and Information
Sciences
Building E6B, Macquarie
University
North Ryde NSW
1670
Australia
step 2: Save your .tex and .dvi files as NUMBER.tex
and NUMBER.dvi, respectively (where NUMBER is the number of your submission, e.g. 23.tex and 23.dvi; see letter of
acceptance).
step 3: Name
all postscript files used in your document as NUMBER_n.eps where NUMBER is the
number of your submission and n is the number of your file (e.g., if you have
three figure files and your paper number is 23 name these files as 23_1.eps,
23_2.eps, and 23_3.eps).
step 4:
Prepare (e.g. using dvips) a postscript file NUMBER.ps of your paper
(including all pictures). This copy must be identical to the one sent by air
mail (step 1).
step 5: Make a zip or tar.Z or tar.gz of the
following files:
NUMBER.tex
NUMBER.dvi
NUMBER_1.eps ... NUMBER_2.eps
Call this archive
ISMM2002_NUMBER.zip or ISMM2002_NUMBER.tar.gz
In other words: we
need all the LaTeX files associated with your paper, and all the PostScript
figures you used. Please make sure you prefix everything with your paper
number, as specified above!
Do NOT include the NUMBER.ps file as the
archive would probably exceed e-mail size limits. This file must be sent in a
separate e-mail.
step 6:
Email this archive as an attachment to the following address:
ismm2002@cmis.csiro.au
step 7:
In a separate e-mail, compress the NUMBER.ps with zip or gzip, and send it to
the above address as an attachment.
ATTENTION: this .ps file must the
very file that produces the hard copy that you sent us at step 1. This is essential
as this will minimize problems at our end.
step 8: In yet another
separate e-mail with NO attachment this time (this is to ensure that at least
this one reaches us), tell us that you have completed the process.
Send
this e-mail to the same address (ismm2002@cmis.csiro.au)
with the Subject
line:
Subject: NUMBER submitted
step 9: You will
receive an acknowledgment of receipt if everything is OK. If you receive notice
that everything is NOT OK, follow these
instructions.
step 10: in
case of problem, please report to ismm2002@cmis.csiro.au,
not to individuals who may reply to you.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR
EFFORT! It will be all worth it.
