If you have received notice that your email submission has failed, perhaps because your email was too large, you can use our web-based submission procedure.
step 1: Go to this website and fill out the details. Be sure to have java turned on in your browser. In the field "file to submit", browse for the file ISMM2002_NUMBER.zip or ISMM2002_NUMBER.tar.gz. See step 5 on this page. Then press submit.
step 2: Repeat step 1 above but submit the zip or gzip version of the file NUMBER.ps. See step 6 on this page. Then press submit.
step 3: In yet another
separate e-mail with NO attachment this time (this is to ensure that at least
this one reaches us), tell us that you have completed the process.

with the Subject
line:
Subject: NUMBER submitted ftp
We will let you know if everything works out OK.
