Z-IMAGE and SZ-IMAGE
Z-IMAGE is the image analysis environment
developed by the people who do
real image processing
It features:
- Mathematical Morphology
- Graph Morphology
- Colour Image processing
- Statistical Image processing
An easy to use command line interface.
It is easy to extend (in C or FORTRAN).
It is a Unix-based image analysis environment.
Available for the following platforms:
- Sun Sun0S 5.x / Solaris 2.x
- Digital Unix V4.x & Digital Unix V3.x (DECa OSF1)
- Linux 2.0/2.2 i386
SZ-IMAGE is an interface which allows all the Z-IMAGE
functions to be called directly from the statistical package S-Plus.
All the graphical and statistical tools of S-Plus are therefore
readily available to analyse summary statistics produced by Z-IMAGE
functions from image data.
