Create an RGB Image for Visualizing Microarray Images

Description

Represent a pair of microarray images as a colour (RGB) image for visualisation. The standard convention is followed in which Cy5 intensities are mapped into the green channel, and Cy3 intensities into the red channel. The blue channel is set to zero.

Usage

SpotRGB(batch, i)

Arguments

batch the batch name
i integer value specifying the index of the image pair to be displayed

Value

An RGB image.
