Define a Template for a Batch of Images

Description

A grey-scale image is shown in an "imview" window, and the user is asked to specify certain landmarks via point-and-click. This information is then stored for future use by the function Spots. For more information, see the Spot User's Guide http://www.cmis.csiro.au/iap/Spot/spotmanual.htm.

Usage

SetTemplate(batch, i)

Arguments

batch the batch name.
i integer value specifying the index of the image pair to be used for specifying the template.

Value

None.
A file named "template.<batch>" is created in the current directory containing the template information.
